Office Closure: Dec 28, 2024 - Jan 5, 2025 for New Year Holidays

Dear MJB Customers,

Please be informed that the MyJapanBrand office will be closed from December 28, 2024, to January 5, 2025, for the New Year holidays.

You can still place bids on Yahoo Auction and Mercari items during this period.

After the holidays, we will update you on auction results, process PayPal authorizations, respond to inquiries, and continue with our Purchase Service, including receiving, packing, and shipping out items.

If you would like us to ship your item out before the holidays, please make sure to check out and complete the 2nd payment before December 25, 2024.
